On Tuesday, December 4th, operatives from Glendale Adventist Medical Center were on campus to administer tuberculosis tests to faculty members on campus in the tech building.

Outside, faculty members signed paperwork before the testing, which is required by the district every four years.

Inside, operatives Judy Van Houten & Maryann Martin mention that the results of the TB tests will be known when they arrive with their specialized bus on Thursday, December 6th, and treatment will be given to those tested positive.

UPDATE: The results are in, and no faculty member tested positive for tuberculosis.

TB tests are great for the faculty. Why aren't the culinary students tested for TB? They touch your food. Most food workers in private industry are tested, why not the culinary students?
