You may have noticed the Yes on Prop 92 posters all around campus.
The purpose of the Prop 92, according to http://www.prop92yes.com is to give "The chance for every Californian to go to college", by providing stable and affordable fees setting them at $15 per unit and limiting future fee increases to no more than cost of living.
The major website against this proposition is http://www.noprop92.org it states that there is no accountability, no oversight, and no way to know how the money is spent.
