friends with the girly girl that it's become embarrassing.

Another thing, I think those girls are 100% fake, and I'm using that as
a discretional term. If you really think about it, a vast majority of
the time, those girls use their high-pitched valley voices which get on
my last nerves to get everything they want, when it comes to guys
they're the first, when it comes to homework; they don't have to try as hard
because the teacher doesn't expect them to, it's like they have a free
pass to act the way they do which really ticks me off because here I am
trying to get my work done and right next to me is some girly girl
talking on the phone and doing her hair. I've come to the point where I
just don't really notice anymore, because when I was in high school,
that's all that would happen.

During the school day, the girly girls would have their corner and
the burly girls would have theirs and neither group spoke to each
other unless forced to do so. Furthermore, when it came down to doing an
assignment I'd always get stuck with the girly girl and she'd expect me
to do her work and my work for the both of us which to say got me more
than miffed. Everyday at lunch was even worse, the girly girl would
come up to a guy and ask him out on a date and he'd be like a little
puppy in her hands, and then I ask a guy out on a date and he says "NO!".
I've always wanted to know what was up with that and they always give the
same answer "You're Too CLOSE Of A FRIEND TO DATE." So until this
argument gets settled completely, I guess that I'll just have to be the
smart girl that no guy would ever date (or at least for now).

Well reading from your post you seem to really hate girly girls..just my opinion. Anyways I'm not girly or tom-ish, i guess i'm in the middle, maybe a more tomboy then girly but I can see your point although I don't agree to it. (Continued…)

I think you should take a step back and look at yourself. I'm a guy and I know that if a girl is into the same things I'm into, such as BMX, etc., that's a plus for her. (Continued…)

I myself, am both. I can be your cliche girly girl that does all the 'right' things to look good, as well as being that tomboy that all teh guys can open up to because im like 'one of the guys'. (Continued…)

Hang on, I'm a girl who likes to look good, put makeup on and wear nice clothes, but I'm not dumb at all. 4.0 G.P.A, heaps of extra curriculars....and I'm friends with boys AND girls? Gosh!

Also, as a fellow journalist, its a little embarrassing to have an article like this on your website that clearly has not been edited and the only purpose it serves is to publish a rant. (Continued…)
