A movie that sure had movie watches at the edge of their seats was Taken. This movie is a sure adrenalin rush with the actions of a James Bond movie. This film is about the chase for a father's daughter as she appears missing while vacationing in Europe with a cousin. He is an ex-CIA agent who knows and understands all the tricks of these European mobsters who take young American pretty girls' and sell them.
Although he knows they drug the girls and do with them as they wish, and then send them for a large price to the highest bidder in an auction. This thriller, has you has a viewer wanting more and more with the intention and the hopefulness that he finds his daughter in one piece. The father is destined to find her and on the chase of his life, for his little girl.
This film really does have chilling plot and spine-chilling ending to make you want to jump in the screen. He in a way breaks rules and discovers the truth behind these kidnappings.
This movie is a must see thriller, that can't be missed. It has awesome special effects, with no piece of the puzzle missing, and the viewers must keep an eye at all times. If you even look away for a second, you will miss a crucial piece to the puzzle.
The acting shown by the main actor is exquisite to say the least, with one of the best pieces of Liam Neeson's work. He shows the world he is an action hero and makes you believe in his character, in all the ways that matter.
The new actress who plays the self-less daughter was not her best, in my opinion, but I believe she will do better with the next movie roles in her future. There is a truth to this movie of action and true love for a daughter, and that is why this movie gets TWO THUMBS UP for action.
