Construction at Los Angeles Harbor College continues as workers start moving fences in order to pour concrete starting this week. The work will begin from 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the south side of L street in order to bring in necessary trucks and equipment efficiently.

Due to the construction, L street will be periodically reduced to one lane with appropriate signage to assist with traffic control. The sidewalk in front of the construction site will be closed to pedestrian traffic for safety reasons.

All pedestrians must use the sidewalk on the north side of L street. Flag people will be available to assist students from the south side to the north side of the street.

For more information call Jennifer Garcia at (760) 218-4142.
